Terms governing the use of DeepTechJobs.io for candidates, employers, and paid services.
1. Scope and Operator
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of DeepTechJobs.io. The operator of the website is Bernd Quehenberger, Olga-Rudel-Zeynek-Gasse 8, 8054 Graz, Austria, email bernd@deeptechjobs.io.
2. Description of Services
DeepTechJobs.io offers free job browsing for candidates and paid employer products, including Starter plans at €499 per month, Growth plans at €999 per month, and Single Post listings at €349 as a one-time fee. Paid services may include boosted job visibility and employer dashboard features. The platform also aggregates scraped jobs from public ATS feeds including Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby.
3. Candidate Account
Candidates may register for an account where available. You must provide accurate and complete information, keep your credentials secure, and refrain from submitting fake, misleading, or abusive applications. We may suspend or terminate candidate accounts for breaches of these Terms or where necessary to protect the platform, employers, or other users.
4. Employer Account & Job Postings
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their listings and company information. Employers must not publish illegal, misleading, or discriminatory postings and must comply with all applicable employment, advertising, and data protection laws. Where applicant data is collected through an employer's own ATS, the employer remains responsible for GDPR compliance in relation to that data, and DeepTechJobs.io is not acting as a data processor for the employer's ATS. Boosted or paid placement jobs are always disclosed with a clear "Promoted" label.
5. Paid Services & Billing
Paid services are billed in EUR and processed via Stripe. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, but fees already paid for the current subscription period are non-refundable and access continues until the end of the active billing period unless otherwise stated.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you qualify as a consumer under EU law, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. If performance of the service begins during the withdrawal period at your request, we may charge a proportionate amount for services already provided up to the time of withdrawal.
7. Scraped Job Listings Disclaimer
Scraped job listings are aggregated from publicly available ATS feeds. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of such listings. Job applications are generally submitted through the employer's ATS or application process, and DeepTechJobs.io is not a party to any employment contract or hiring decision.
8. User Conduct
Users must not scrape or systematically extract data from DeepTechJobs.io without prior consent, publish fake job postings, engage in unlawful discrimination, send spam, or otherwise interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the platform.
9. Intellectual Property
DeepTechJobs.io, including its platform design, software, database structure, and brand elements, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Employers retain rights to their own job content, trademarks, and other materials they provide.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific hiring outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for employment decisions, third-party content, or indirect damages. Our liability for paid services is limited to the fees paid by the respective user for the affected service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Graz, Austria, shall have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected to the fullest extent permitted by law.
