About the Role
Lead high-voltage converter design for utility-scale storage and grid resilience systems.
Responsibilities
- • Architect converter topologies.
- • Own validation and certification plans.
- • Partner with firmware and manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- • MS or PhD in EE.
- • 8+ years in power electronics.
- • Experience with high-voltage test environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- • Grid interconnect or inverter certification background.
Technical Environment
- • Lab type: Power electronics validation lab
- • Equipment: Thermal chambers, HIL rigs
- • Tools: C++, Simulink, Python
- • Publication policy: Case-by-case
