$150,000 - $200,000 / year + equity (0.05% - 0.15%)

About the Role
Join Atom Forge to design next-generation cryogenic hardware and control subsystems for scalable quantum processors.
Responsibilities
- • Design high-frequency cryogenic electronics.
- • Own hardware validation plans from prototype to production.
- • Collaborate with physics and firmware teams.
Required Qualifications
- • PhD in Physics, EE, or related discipline.
- • 5+ years of superconducting qubit design experience.
- • Hands-on RF lab and test automation background.
Preferred Qualifications
- • Experience with dilution refrigerator systems.
- • Familiarity with Qiskit or Cirq.
Technical Environment
- • Lab type: Class 100 cleanroom, cryogenic test facility
- • Equipment: Bluefors, Keysight VNA, Zurich Instruments
- • Tools: Python, MATLAB, COMSOL
- • Publication policy: Encouraged
