About the Role
Drive computational analysis for CRISPR screening and therapeutic discovery programs.
Responsibilities
- • Build analysis pipelines for multi-omics data.
- • Work with wet lab teams on assay design.
- • Translate results into candidate prioritization.
Required Qualifications
- • PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, or related field.
- • Experience with multi-omics workflows.
- • Strong Python or R skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- • Experience with single-cell analysis and cloud pipelines.
Technical Environment
- • Lab type: BSL-2 wet lab and automation suite
- • Equipment: Robotic liquid handlers, sequencing prep systems
- • Tools: Python, R, Nextflow
